Travis Martin Mize was born May 29, 1981 to Anne MacDonald (O’Malley) and Troy Mize in Salem, OR. He passed away peacefully at his home on July 6, 2021 in Salem, OR. From an early age Travis was a kind, and caring person. Anyone who met him would instantly fall in love with his charismatic and funny personality. In his teen years, Travis began work at the early age of 16 and began his career with local grocery stores as their butcher. Travis was known for his love of sports and water. He would often be found swimming or somewhere near water. Right before his passing, Travis had begun to learn how to paddleboard. Travis was involved with every school sport imaginable. In Travis’ late 20s he began to struggle with mental health issues involving anxiety, bipolar disorder and schizophrenia.
