Robert Sperry Kuenzli

October 29, 1926 - June 8, 2021


Bob was born in, lived in and died in Salem, Oregon. He is survived by two daughters, Kris and Suez, and four grandchildren, Jennifer, Jason, Cinnamon and Benjamin. Bob served in the Navy during WWII, stationed in Argentia, Canada. Husband to Norma Kuenzli for 70 years until her death in 2017. He accepted Christ as his Savior at the age of 33. Worked as a telecommunications technician in the NW. Open casket viewing will be Sunday, June 20 from 1-4 pm at Virgil T. Golden Funeral Service in Salem followed by a private ceremony. Contributions may be made to the COPD Foundation.

This wonderful human had a jovial spirit and was a fantastic storyteller. I had the pleasure to interview him once on the radio and he had miles and miles of fun things to share. Rest in peace, Bob.



My dad Fred had the best cousins!  I remember childhood years in Oregon and always loved being with Bob and Norma. Cousin Bob was a sweet tease.  We exchanged Christmas letters many a year. Loving thoughts to Chris and Suez and family.
