Love and miss everyone. Wish I could be there for you

Sorry for your loss prayers and thoughts are with you and your family,

We remember Bob as a neighbor, friend and fellow member of Peace Lutheran Church. I would often see Bob on his driveway when I took a walk. We would talk for a few minutes. Sometimes we shared a cup of coffee on his front porch. Bob will be greatly missed.

Phyllis, Rose and family:

I am so sorry to hear of Bob's passing!  I really enjoyed chatting with him, both at St. John and in a grocery store or wherever I might have run into him.  I know that he will be greatly missed by all of you, and I will miss those chance encounters as well.  I am VERY sorry that I didn't know about the service until 25 minutes after it started, or I would most definitely have come to say goodbye.  May you be surrounded with those special memories, and the love of family and friends.

Phyllis, John and Rose,
Our families grew up together and what a joy to have the memories of our family gatherings.  Bob babysat for me and my sister, Sandy almost 60 years ago.  I will never forget him and his gentle kindness.  I have a very special place in my heart  for the Osterlund family and I will continue to pray for all of you.    Peace in Christ.

Likewise I only read this too late and I am very sorry about his passing. Our heartfelt condolences go to the family.

Phyllis, John & Rose,

Bob was the best babysitter I ever had!  I remember when you moved to Oregon and how thrilled we were that you were now closer to us.  Bob will be greatly missed and I know that he, Mom, Dad and Tom are smiling down, waiting for us to join them.
