Jan, Jeff, Jim, & Juanita, so sorry to hear of your father's passing.  We send our sympathy.  Most all of our relatives of that generation have left us now, and they are all missed.  However, they do remain with us in many fond memories from family get togethers in Fergus Falls, Otter Tail Lake, and at our family farm south of Fergus Falls.

May God watch over you all,
Dan & Barb Bakke

Jan, Jeff, Jim and Juanita,
I have had Orvin's obituary from the Fergus Falls Journal posted to my refrigerator door for several days now.
I always felt close to you cousins growing up.  Your father, Orvin, was deeply respected and loved by me.  I always wanted to be a soldier from the time I was 4 or 5 years old.  I really looked up to Orvin because of his military career.  Orvin and I, through my wife debbie, exchanged Christmas letters every year.  Last year his letter from us was returned "undeliverable".  I guess Orvin was having health issues at that time.  God Bless you all??.  I will miss Orvin as you do.
